The starfish holds profound symbolism for me, embodying God's abundant love and diverse gifts bestowed upon us. With its five arms emanating from a central core, the starfish represents God's heart overflowing with love, each arm extending to share God's infinite qualities—mercy, compassion, joy, peace, and generosity. It symbolizes an invitation to experience the intimacy of God's love.

Each mosaic design originates from meditations on sacred scriptures and heartfelt prayers. Throughout the creative process, whether crafting a piece for a specific individual or a broader audience, I hold both the artwork and its recipient in prayer, infusing each piece with spiritual depth and intention.

Incorporating a nod to the Trinity into my artwork, I've devised a unique signature that reflects the Trinity’s unity. While conventional signing may be relegated to the back of the piece, I embed the number three within my mosaics or digital art, symbolizing the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—or my initials, SMB. This signature is not overtly obvious but subtly woven into the artwork, inviting viewers to seek and discover its hidden meaning, a personal touch that distinguishes my creations.

As an artist, I adhere to an art teacher’s advice: "Don't be boring." Thus, my signature is strategically placed within the artwork's depths, ensuring its distinctiveness and recognition by those who appreciate the craftsmanship and spiritual depth within.
